Ce projet alimentera en chauffage et en eau chaude des milliers de logements et de b\u00e2timents de la ville et contribuera \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de CO\u2082.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">S\u00e9govie poursuit son engagement en faveur d'un mod\u00e8le de chauffage urbain plus efficace et durable. Le gouvernement de Castille-et-Le\u00f3n a lanc\u00e9 un appel d'offres pour la construction d'une nouvelle centrale biomasse qui alimentera le futur r\u00e9seau de chauffage de la ville, un projet repr\u00e9sentant un investissement de 18,3 millions d'euros.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Cette installation jouera un r\u00f4le central dans un syst\u00e8me con\u00e7u pour produire et distribuer conjointement de la chaleur, en utilisant la biomasse foresti\u00e8re durable comme combustible. L'objectif est de r\u00e9duire la d\u00e9pendance aux \u00e9nergies fossiles, d'am\u00e9liorer l'efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et d'\u00e9voluer vers un mod\u00e8le de chauffage \u00e0 moindre impact environnemental.<\/p><h2>Une centrale biomasse de 28,4 MW<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La future installation aura une puissance thermique nominale de 28,4 m\u00e9gawatts (MW) et sera \u00e9quip\u00e9e de trois chaudi\u00e8res \u00e0 biomasse de pointe.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">L'usine devrait consommer environ 30\u00a0000 tonnes de copeaux de bois durables par an, provenant de ressources foresti\u00e8res. Elle aura une capacit\u00e9 de production allant jusqu'\u00e0 75 millions de kWh d'\u00e9nergie thermique par an.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Outre la production de chaleur \u00e0 partir de biomasse, le projet int\u00e9grera des solutions visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l'efficacit\u00e9 de l'installation, notamment un r\u00e9servoir de stockage thermique de 3\u00a0500 m\u00e8tres cubes, des syst\u00e8mes de gestion \u00e0 distance et une installation solaire photovolta\u00efque pour l'autoconsommation.<\/p><h3>Qu'est-ce qu'un r\u00e9seau de chaleur urbain ?<\/h3><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Un r\u00e9seau de chauffage urbain permet la centralisation de la production d'\u00e9nergie thermique et la distribution ult\u00e9rieure d'eau chaude via un r\u00e9seau de canalisations vers les b\u00e2timents raccord\u00e9s.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Au lieu que chaque b\u00e2timent doive produire individuellement son chauffage et son eau chaude, une installation centrale g\u00e9n\u00e8re la chaleur et la distribue aux utilisateurs.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Ce mod\u00e8le peut offrir des avantages consid\u00e9rables en termes d'efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, de maintenance et de gestion des installations, notamment lorsque la production thermique utilise des sources renouvelables telles que la biomasse.<\/p><h2>26 kilom\u00e8tres de r\u00e9seau pour la distribution du chauffage<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Cette centrale ne constituera qu'un \u00e9l\u00e9ment d'un projet plus vaste. Le futur r\u00e9seau de chauffage urbain de S\u00e9govie s'\u00e9tendra sur environ 26 kilom\u00e8tres et reliera diff\u00e9rents quartiers de la ville.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Les quartiers concern\u00e9s par l'installation du r\u00e9seau sont Santo Tom\u00e1s, Cristo del Mercado, Santa Eulalia, San Jos\u00e9 et La Albuera. Le d\u00e9ploiement est actuellement en phase d'obtention des licences et autorisations n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Le syst\u00e8me fournira du chauffage et de l'eau chaude \u00e0 environ 7 000 logements et 40 b\u00e2timents du secteur tertiaire, centralisant la production thermique et simplifiant certains besoins d'entretien des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s raccord\u00e9es.<\/p><h2>La biomasse comme alternative pour r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">L'un des principaux objectifs du projet est de r\u00e9duire l'impact environnemental li\u00e9 \u00e0 la climatisation des b\u00e2timents.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">D'apr\u00e8s les projections du projet, le nouveau r\u00e9seau de chauffage urbain pourrait permettre d'\u00e9viter l'\u00e9mission d'environ 19\u00a0600 tonnes de CO\u2082 par an \u00e0 S\u00e9govie. Cette r\u00e9duction serait li\u00e9e \u00e0 l'utilisation de la biomasse comme source d'\u00e9nergie ainsi qu'\u00e0 la centralisation et \u00e0 l'optimisation de la production de chaleur.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Le choix de copeaux de bois durables inscrit \u00e9galement le projet dans l'exploitation des ressources foresti\u00e8res de Castille-et-Le\u00f3n. L'utilisation de biomasse locale peut aussi contribuer \u00e0 dynamiser l'activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique li\u00e9e \u00e0 la gestion foresti\u00e8re, \u00e0 l'approvisionnement en combustible et \u00e0 l'entretien des for\u00eats.<\/p><h2>Un investissement qui vise \u00e9galement \u00e0 revitaliser les zones rurales<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Au-del\u00e0 de la production d'\u00e9nergie thermique, le projet comporte une dimension \u00e9conomique li\u00e9e au territoire.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">L\u2019utilisation des ressources foresti\u00e8res r\u00e9gionales peut favoriser les activit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 la gestion foresti\u00e8re, \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de la biomasse et \u00e0 la fourniture de copeaux de bois, cr\u00e9ant ainsi des opportunit\u00e9s pour les entreprises et les travailleurs du secteur forestier.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Ainsi, les r\u00e9seaux de chauffage aliment\u00e9s \u00e0 la biomasse peuvent devenir un outil qui combine transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, \u00e9conomie circulaire et utilisation durable des ressources naturelles.<\/p><h2>Quand la centrale biomasse de Segovia sera-t-elle achev\u00e9e\u00a0?<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La construction de la centrale \u00e9lectrique devrait durer 22 mois \u00e0 compter de son lancement. L'installation sera b\u00e2tie sur un terrain de 5\u00a0806 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s, int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au plan d'extension r\u00e9gional du complexe hospitalier de S\u00e9govie, dont environ 3\u00a0514 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s seront consacr\u00e9s \u00e0 la centrale elle-m\u00eame.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La mise en \u0153uvre de l'infrastructure doit \u00e9galement \u00eatre coordonn\u00e9e avec le d\u00e9veloppement du r\u00e9seau de distribution urbain, qui est actuellement en attente de l'ach\u00e8vement des proc\u00e9dures administratives correspondantes.<\/p><h2>Biomasse et r\u00e9seaux de chauffage urbain : une tendance croissante<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Le projet de S\u00e9govie s'inscrit dans une tendance croissante au d\u00e9veloppement des r\u00e9seaux de chaleur renouvelables en Espagne.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Ce type d'infrastructure peut s'av\u00e9rer particuli\u00e8rement avantageux dans les villes et les zones urbaines \u00e0 forte concentration de logements, de b\u00e2timents publics et d'\u00e9tablissements de services. La centralisation de la production thermique permet d'int\u00e9grer des technologies renouvelables et des syst\u00e8mes de stockage, ce qui serait plus difficile \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre \u00e0 distance pr\u00e9vue pour S\u00e9govie refl\u00e8te pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment cette \u00e9volution vers des syst\u00e8mes de chauffage urbain plus int\u00e9gr\u00e9s et plus efficaces.<\/p><h2>Un pas de plus vers un chauffage urbain durable<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La future centrale biomasse de S\u00e9govie repr\u00e9sente un investissement de 18,3 millions d'euros et fait partie d'un projet \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique plus vaste, avec un r\u00e9seau de distribution d'environ 26 kilom\u00e8tres.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Une fois pleinement op\u00e9rationnel, le syst\u00e8me
